I'm so excited to begin running outdoor group classes once again!
These classes are open to all abilities and I make a point to make everyone feel welcome and capable. I really want to stress that all fitness levels will be able to take these classes. Come in expecting to be challenged but know that challenges will be graded to where you are right now. If you're just starting out expect to stick to the basics, take extra breaks and take your time learning the movements. If you've been exercising for a while expect more challenging movements and less breaks.
Classes are focused on cardio and core. That means we're looking to make our lungs and our deep core muscles work the hardest but your arms and legs will be challenged too!
Usually I make the classes into a fun game (think gym class style, but like way more fun than gym class was, and no dodgeball) that makes the time fly by so fast you'll forget you're exercising!
Come out and enjoy community, fresh air and moving your body!

What Else:
Classes are 45-60 minutes in length
Classes start with 5-10 minutes of warming up, 40-45 minutes of heavier exercise, 5-10 minutes of cooling down
Option to hang out and socialize when classes are over
Expect exercises like squats, planks, lunges, walking, jogging, running (with modifications for high or low impact)
Classes are unfortunately weather dependent so expect some cancellations due to rain or heat warnings :(
